Pros

An potential employee gets to see what it would be like if working with the company. Potential new hires hear testimonies on experiences shared throughout current employees time with the company.

Cons

Its not inclusive to all backgrounds, please like to see people that look like them. Keeping it fresh its good to have a tenor person but someone new could be more impactful.
