Pros

I have been with United Rentals for 18 years. The job allows for flexibility and problem solving and those are two things that are hard to find.

Cons

We do work in a higher stressful environment with a lot of management that is sometimes not for everyone.

Only been with the company for 5 months and I am valued, my efforts are appreciated and I am not just an employee number in a sea of team members. If you have the drive to do the best that you can you the opportunities in this company are endless.

Cons

Pros

Opportunity for advancement, great benefits and pay, good hours and management that listens, understands and accommodates. Regular reviews and goal advancement, and job opportunities are always available.

Cons

industry is inherently gendered, personal advancement is self-driven (no mentors or laid-out career path) workload can be heavy during busy season.
