Pros

Good people at the district and field level, High level of resources, getting better at investing in employees.

Cons

Salaries are so so, the management bonus program has been drastically cut over the years. Senior management is disconnected from the field and not genuine. I left because I started to feel more like a number than a person. Company culture and senior leadership leave much to be desired.
