Pros

Environment and Team work, training

Cons

To much advancement for those that choose to just get by. Management is head strong against those that work the hardest and won't to move up unless your in the buddy system.

Pros

Able to learn about sales. Great great training. Flexible/hybrid schedule (if you work for it). Attainable metrics. Great people.

Cons

Still a new department so a lot of changes happen often. For some this is jolting and others are able to adjust easier. Management will listen but unsure how much is taken in and listened to.
