Pros

The leadership is great, very approachable from senior leadership to branch management. In a competitive environment, United Rentals stands above the rest with our people, training, and fleet / specialty options.

Cons

Being that we are in a very competitive market, the job can be stressful at times.

Pros

I enjoyed the people the most. Benefits were great, 401K match was good but you have to work a minimum of two years to get the pay out and they don't share that part with you. They put you through a training program for equipment knowledge and Rental Man training.

Cons

Frustrating working in the call center, the programming is difficult to learn at first and you are on the phone under pressure right away with little to no training. I started in the Sales Associate program with commission opportunity, then moved into ISR role losing my commission. Long hours 7-5 (sometimes 6)
