Pros

They feed u if u go to training.

Cons

Pay is NOT up to par......mabye for sales but no one else. Lots of micromanaging. Managers won't enforce their own rules or company rules. They feed u enough BS to keep u hanging on Lots of broken promises. You can't take someone for their word. Management gets restaurant food and goes out having fun for training.....hourly gets stuck in a classroom for 8 hours listening to speeches and watching short videos. You get docked one hour if u don't take lunch. All conversations are done by email......but don't expect a reply when u really need one.

Mismanagement, they use you for your skill and if you speak up for yourself or challenge them in any way they get rid of you. They don't care about there employees.
