      Countless sales tools and opportunities are constantly available. Massive potential for a motivated salesperson.

      Cons

      Company responds to almost every issue or potential risk by adding more paperwork, reporting, procedures, etc. The obsessive pursuit to eliminate all potential risks from the world is constantly deteriorating the quality of service and equipment they are providing.

      Good ol' boys upper management Everyone hates their job and loves making each other more miserable Company is extremely top heavy- all of the work and pressure is applied to lower tier or newer employees who make the least $ There is no advancement opportunities Iron clad non compete agreements - if you are stuck in a bad territory or have any issues with management you have no chance to just leave and get a job elsewhere.
