Pros

Lots of freedom, company truck, get paid for the work, you get out of it what you put in.

Cons

Management from above & will never see them lead by example. No HR presence at all, so superiors get away with whatever they want and use scare tactics. Have slesforce.com but they have no clue how to use it properly in such a fast pace environment. Don't expect a happy work environment. Were so far behind the curve in technology they bought out their largest competitor because they had no clue how to catch up.

Pros

Insurance plan was good as well as holidays

Cons

They set you up for failure. Training is non-existant.Unless you are part of the selected few, there is no teamwork. Although you go to mg mt with concerns m nothing is done then they use those issues as a reason to "eliminate" your job.
