Pros

I have a lot of flexibility, my manager is incredible, the opportunity to make money is available. It is a great place to work. The benefits are fabulous.

Cons

There is a lot of computer work involved.

Pros

Most Employees were very good to deal with Great benefits Close to home

Cons

Very difficult to move up in the company Would be required to work long hours in a day, or be "on call" and if you got called out in the middle of the night for say 4 hours, instead of paying you overtime they would require you to come in 4 hours late 2 days after you were called out. There was nothing to make you want to be there, they removed all employee perks. Very poor Management. Pay was minimal for the work done. (i've worked at places with less pay and were a100 times more enjoyable)
