Being told I should not be making a certain amount because I am young. If I am running one of the most profitable branches, while we had a change in management(4ish Months), I think i deserve to be above the market minimum. Its not about how old you are it should be about what you are capable of doing to increase all metrics including branch health.

Despite promises of hybrid work, you’re required to be onsite 5 days a week for 90+ days. And even then, remote days aren’t guaranteed. The CRM is often outdated, making it hard to reach customers, especially when many no longer need rentals. Metrics are unrealistic and unfairly compared across vastly different markets. Micromanagement and lack of genuine support drive constant turnover.
