Pros

Since I was a lucky one that didn’t have a camera pointed in my face via my truck, some autonomy was nice

Cons

CRM expectations were outrageous. They claim the hard work is what makes them “better” than the competition, all it does is cause burnout.

Pros

Good pay, home daily, out on your own , have your own runs and say goes by fast

Cons

Management is terrible, nonstop harassment, they track your gps on vehicle and if you’re sitting there they complain with you threaten to fire you, overworked sometimes run you from 6am till 8 pm Monday through Friday, favoritism is absurd, crybabies

Pros

Good Products and very well maintained equipment. Good place to work if you are in a Union position.

Cons

Some Management very helpful other seemed to consistently angry at the world. Training was at high level with expectations that local branch would complete education. When working for Manager that doesn't know UR procedures it's impossible to acquire the info you need to be successful. Depending on which management chain you report to can be positive or negative experience. Salesforce was used as a club on employees, not as a tool to help growth. Never met any African Americans in Direct Field Sales Role.
