      Pros

      Pay is great. Geographic footprint, with the right people there is essentially nothing United can’t help a customer with.

      Cons

      Some individuals on the local management team aren’t customer driven, lack sales experience, and don’t respect every employee. Organization as a whole is great unfortunately this location just struggles.
