Pros

I'll start by saying that i liked most people i worked with. I loved the customers, the industry, the work. United rentals pays pretty well, maybe the 75th percentile. You receive a low cost lease on a truck. You also meet lots of people which helps you network out of united rentals, which is good because you'll want to.

Cons

United Rentals is the least fun company in construction to work for. Outside sales work insane hours and under a lot of stress. Just read other OSR reviews and they reflected my experience. Its definitely for some people. The top reps made over a quarter million last year. For me the culture, hours, and working conditions just werent worth it.
