Pros

UR has multiple business units that allows growth opportunities in every market. Employee resources continue to excel in availability and reach, and offer support for both employees and families. United Compassion fund is an employee funded charity that benefits employees and families in times of need. Employee feedback is taken seriously at the local and regional level and has been used to improve the structure and culture for growth.

Cons

Standardized onboarding is still a work in progress, but has improved drastically in the past 10 years. Some positions are underpaid, especially entry level roles.

Pros

Sometimes hybrid, nice enough building, coworkers were good people.

Cons

So many. Micromanagement, incompetent managers, lies about role, could go on and on.
