Pros

Lots of overtime: Good if you're looking to earn more (though this can also mean burnout over time). Willingness to give instructions: People are communicative, even if not hands-on. Supportive management style: No micromanagement or harassment—big plus. Clear expectations: As long as tasks are completed on time, you’re trusted to work independently.

Cons

Empty promises of promotion Long hours with minimal support High turnover (a sign of deeper issues) No real raises, just symbolic gestures like “good job” coins Little to no work-life balance, especially when it comes to family time

Pros

Decent money. Big company. They give you a yearly allowance to buy united rentals clothes.

Cons

Good old boys club. Shady upper management. No promotions for women unless there’s potential with one of the regional or above to be with you.

Pros

Fun work, visit some cool projects, helping people and working together as a team.

Cons

Operations and sales incentives can be counterproductive at times. Upper management does not evaluate the model & manner in which we work in - it’s been the same since the mid-90’s and the company was a fraction of the size. They like to run lean and mean!
