Pros

The benefits are ok but I’m told other companies benefits are better

Cons

Pay…. It’s hard to get what actually worth compared to what other companies will pay. And if you want to move up in the company , good luck. This company drags their feet.

Pros

Benefits are great, and company as a whole are amazing ! Always room for promotions , and position changes , family based and takes care of their people, as a driver we get quarterly bonuses so 4 times a year, normally after taxes it comes out to about 350$

Cons

Being a “specialty “ area of United Rentals (reliable onsite services ) has fallen into a grey area with company safety standards.
