Good location, easy commute, nice building.

Cons

Corporate is too busy being worried and protecting their reputation. Not prioritizing their customers needs and certainly not considering their hard working, committed employees. Candidates be aware of a toxic culture and be careful of the lack of policies that protect against ageism and racism.

This is the best company I have ever worked for. They do a lot of things for the employees not because they have to, but because they want make an environment that feels like everyone is Important and valued. Compensation as a sales rep can be very rewarding and your support team around to to get the sale is very good and extremely knowledgeable.

Cons

There needs to be more operational support for new branches and new managers so that the transition into their roles is smoother.
