United Rentals is truly committed to upholding its company values. The company has a world class commitment to safety, customer service and its team members. The people of the organization are committed to working hard and looking out for each other. Senior management understands that the strength of the organization is the people that make up the organization.

Cons

While there are many opportunities for career advancement many of these opportunities are very competitive and could be limiting if you are not willing to relocate.
