Pros

United Rentals is a family oriented company that puts employee safety first! They have a wonderful ERG programs that support our Military, Women In Construction, and Employee Compassion.

Cons

I've been with the company two years and can not think of any cons. It's a great company to work for.

Pros

Pay is $23.57 an hour which great, especially for what we do-outbound calls.

Cons

Managers of the program should focus more on real sales experience. So more ride along a with outside sales reps and job site visits. Never got core four certified for equipment due to cancellations from the trainer. No focus on selling used equipment, focus was only on renting. Stack rank system is flawed and rewarded false reservations to reps who put deals without customer permission.
