Pros

This company offers a vast amount of priceless sales training. Highly invested into employer safety inside and outside of work. Constantly improving through good communication between employer & employee. I sent a suggestion through my.ur.com, and William Plummer (CFO) personally replied. Free lunch every Friday. Well trained and seasoned branch managers. Close contact to all branch , district , and some regional personnel. If you work hard you can make it far in this company. The quartet bonus system for the IRS position is AMAZING. High end between $1200-$1600 per quarter. "Special ops" opportunities worth 25% more income for temporarily relocating, including paid housing / free flights every 3 weeks...etc. So much opportunity here.

Cons

I do not like corporate mentality. Why can't I wear jeans? I don't agree with everything being "professional". We work directly with some of the roughest crowd out there..construction industry. Relax a bit.

Cons

Due to the recent growth of the company it has become a very "cooperate" atmosphere.
