Will work with your schedule. Great place for a variety of experience. Learn to deal with hard nose customers, and the customer is not always right.

Cons

Lacked on annual reviews. Work every single weekend. not valued as much as a part time employee.

Safety is becoming ridiculous. Not much direction from upper management. Long high stress hours its rental industry. More manufacturer training.
