Pros

Good work environment, in-depth training and communication that prepares you well for the field. Great record of mobility within the company if you are looking to branch out. Definitely a diverse environment as far as the sales reps.

Cons

It can be unpredictable day - to-day if you are trying to get a sales bonus, but leaders do their best to help you in the right direction. And give more- than-reasonable time allotments to learn your job and improve.
