Physicians, colleagues and patients. Otherwise, none.

Cons

Administrative/Management personnel quality as deteriorated over the years. 2% raise across the board. Yearly facility bonus based off overall facility PG score. Which includes complaints about billing/scheduling/physician office issues. Administrator/Corporate priorities focus is money not patients or employees. Full time on average is 32 hrs. Hours fluctuate daily from 4 hrs to 10+ hours. Many 6+ hour days without a lunch break due to how they schedule assignments. Usually, "no lunch" per schedule. Rapid case turnover a priority at all cost. Single use items marked by manufacturer, ignored because it saves facility money.

Staff here for the most part are very nice and great people to work with. I loved the girls up front. They made sure that place didn’t go completely under. The OR staff deserve so much better.

Cons

I don’t understand how the admin is allowed to be an administrator with the way she constantly talks down to people and the way she talks behind everyone’s back. Her and the HR manager are best friends and will constantly scheme to make you look to be in the wrong. The gaslighting you experience is insurmountable. I have never been treated so poorly by leadership in any job. You’re constantly forced to work long hours but then scolded for doing so. There have been multiple occasions where I go a whole shift without a break and told to deal with it. There aren’t enough surgical instruments for the amount of cases they book in a day. Staff are constantly using the IUSS cycle to sterilize the instruments for cases. This place is severely understaffed for the number of cases they book in a day. Everyone is doing the workload of 4 people. I never experience migraines until I started working at this facility. The low pay isn’t worth it.
