Great long term career paths and educational opportunities. Need to break into the Manager (level 4) to start seeing expanded opportunities.

Cons

As a lower level employee (level 5 to 8) it is sometimes hard to understand overall direction and strategy of the company.

Many companies to work for, so lots of opportunity to grow and obtain promotions without having to go and apply to another organization.

Cons

Lots of politics to muddle through. Too much brown nosing. The pay isn't very competitive, even though they claim it is.
