Ability to gain experience and grow your skill base. ACE is really good if people use it...too many people who see it as a crutch because they don't understand what it really does...starts at leadership.

Cons

Culture is old school, male centric, where strong women are judged differently and ignorant males are given different treatment...very cut throat and have to watch your back because no one takes responsibility, but rather they like to point blame and go after people.

Cons

Micromanagement, senior supervision does not care about their supervisors or workers, profit is the #1 concern...at any cost, no work/life balance, lower supervision thrown under the bus instead of those at fault taking responsibility, poor over all senior management.
