Cut throat culture Senior leaders all have nannies/stay at home spouses, so no empathy for average parents Zero tolerance for flexible work arrangements Politics Career Opportunities significantly limited if you have a family or life outside work Expectations of hours worked are unreasonable (50+/week)

Pros

Great associate engineering program and leadership development rotation program. Pays tech assemblers very well. Many are able to sustain a 40 hour work week and has great work/life balance.

Cons

Massive cost overruns. Poor engineering management and directors. Goodrich culture is being slashed for cost savings, which dramatically has reduced productivity of engineers. Very outdated software technology tools.
