Pros

The people are wonderful, but the place is disorganized. The only pro is flexible work hours with one day a week in office.

Cons

Leadership treats staff terribly. They will do anything to save money, including making some do three different jobs for the cheapest pay. Everyone who works here cares about making a positive difference in the world, but leadership takes advantage of that. Layoffs and spending freezes are just the icing on the cake of this place's dysfunction. I was so happy to leave, and truly I cannot recommend working here less.
