Pros

The corporate office culture is phenomenal with United Way. Everyone in our office is very collaborative and willing to help one another out. There is minimal drama between colleagues, which can be rare in a 100 person organization.

Cons

There is a stigma associated with united way that makes it slightly more difficult to fundraise for the organization that you might imagine. Working to educate people on the work that UW does and attempting to change that negative perspective is part of the job that isn't in the description.
