Pros

I loved the mission of the organization and I loved what I did, UWI is dedicated to their mission and sponsors a wonderful literacy program.

Cons

There was one individual in the office with a particularly nasty attitude and the head of the organization overlooked, I would even say enabled it. This person's presence changed the atmosphere from fun to dreadful, you never knew what she was going to say or do next. Many outbursts. Hard to be productive.

- Nice co-workers - Competitive benefits - Flexible work schedule - New office space

Cons

Significant reorganization (10 people in one month) has crippled this nonprofit because of the loss of institutional knowledge. - Limited ability to fundraise and run major annual campaign - Ineffectual CEO - Talented but inexperienced senior leadership - Limited Board engagement
