Pros

Not a single thing to say

Cons

I also agree with the previous statement. They are racist towards black applicants. I have applied to no less than 10 poisitions I know I am qualified for that only require a high school diploma and I have a college degree with over 10 experience in insurance benefits and healthcare. I also get a rejection stating I’m not qualified. You may be looking at a discrimination suit!

Pros

Large company with strong financial results. Many teleworking opportunities. Emphasis on improving company culture. Strives to be a driver for healthcare and healthcare technology.

Cons

Annual compensation done via archaic forced-ranking. Reviews are based on predetermined allocation of "permitted" ratings. Raises in 2017-18 for the highest performers is not even keeping pace with US inflation. Senior Management ignores recommendations for improvement to outdated process. Offshoring jobs to India is still a priority. Healthcare plan is terrible.

Pros

If you're forceful, you can work on virtually any contract you'd like within your practice group. There are pretty decent professional development opportunities if there's alignment with a project, if not, good luck. Bagel Tuesdays?

Cons

Leadership is virtually non-existent, does not come to work or works remotely. I had 5+ managers including project managers. Many of which didn't know what I was doing for weeks (sometimes months) at a time. Echoing sentiments from other reviews, there are incredibly bright people here, but there is absolutely no culture. By that, I mean that often no one says 'hello' in the office, there are virtually no work events - and when there's a team dinner, you pay for yourself.
