There are quite a few but to keep the list short I will list just a few. 1. They offer tremendous bonuses in order to get new employees, but these bonuses disappear once you start working there. 2. Training is nonexistent, there is no cohesiveness when it comes to policies 3. Advancement is unrealistic with this corporation. 4. They are advertising to the public that they are trying to put a heart to healthcare while still pulling away benefits from there members. 5. When the company had it's most profitable year ever, it took away all raises becuase the nation as a whole was hurting financially. Does this make sense?

They boast about generating $75 billion in revenues in all their newsletters, but offered NOTHING to the employees on majo Holidays like Thanksgiving & Christmas! Not even a card or a gift card for a turkey or even an in house luncheon...nothing! This makes the employees feel like they are not valued at all! The health insurance is lousy even though this is a huge health insurance company.
