Pros

- WFH first company. - You'll meet some really great people. - Benefits are consistent with the market. - D&I initiatives are great. Love that the company is focusing on these. - Nice integration between platforms (this is a Microsoft shop). - They are trying to change.

Cons

- Pay is well below market with no signs of changing. - Company is new and going through major growing pains. -Disconnect between leadership and the front line teams.

Pros

Only Pro is working from home

Cons

Avoid at all costs if joining the finance program. No internal promotion. Only a few at the top make all decisions. No regard for work-life balance. Expect you to be on call 24/7.
