      Struggling with Identity

      Pros

      Great People Work Life Balance (if you have been in the organization awhile) Unlimited PTO (you will never use it)

      Cons

      Unfortunately UnitedLex is struggling with connecting with the people who have built it. Lack of leadership transparency. Compensation does not reflect what you know (Certifications & Years of Experience). New “Leadership” that was brought onboard in 2020 has really crushed the values of this company. Cons - New creativity is not valued Value provided does not equate to compensation Struggling with leadership ownership

      Pros

      For the most part, the people were generally nice to work with and tried to provide structure, policies and procedures.

      Cons

      The company went corporate really quickly and didn't focus enough on the making their people a priority. It was very clear that if you weren't accepted into a certain group of managers and employees that had worked together previously, your long term success or advancement opportunities would be limited at best.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO Some great co-workers and managers. WFH

      Cons

      They don't really care about employees despite the crap they say. Unlimited PTO is subject to you making up the hours is you are salaried. They won't always have work for you but expect you to have the hours they require anyway. The work life balance is way off as they expect you to kill yourself at times The bonus structure is not good at all. Most of upper management is not good. They are out of touch with reality and at times favotism shows.
