Pathetic leadership

Pros

Work from home I believe. If they remove this option then this company will shut down within a month with employees voluntarily leaving this company.

Cons

The board of directors at this company are pathetic. They operate this place like a fish market. They constantly chop and change the leadership. I have one question for them. How do they select their leadership team ? Do they even do interviews for their leadership while selecting them? It looks like they bring their friends and family to own the leadership of this company. They completely wiped out a brilliant leadership team and brought in a new leadership team. This new leadership team believes in micro management at every level. Some of them don’t even have any experience of leading teams or have man management skills. I wonder how the board of directors can be so negligent while choosing their staff for leadership. For a normal developer /analyst they conduct several rounds of interviews. Why not the same level of scrutiny is applied to leadership positions ? From my interactions with the new leadership, the one thing I have realized is they only care for how they report to their higher ups and they really don’t care about the well being of the staff under them.

Pros

WFH; Easy job; that's it

Cons

Yes, the headline is correct. I know UPAs (hourly employees) that have not gotten a raise in over 10 years. That, to me, is totally UNACCEPTABLE and DISGRACEFUL!

Pros

Work at home most days of the week.

Cons

Bad pay, take your degree someplace else - management runs a white collar sweat shop, no raises in 5 years while their charges increased, had to be sued to get overtime now won’t allow and threaten to fire anyone who works a minute over 40 hours
