At a Uniti level, the landscape is very promising in terms of the goal to acquire more residential and business customers. The product offering is strong and the value prop is solid.

Cons

Speaking specific to Kinetic Business, the culture has become unbearably toxic. It is very clear that the fat cats are staging the business to be sold. Operating cost control has led to tenured people being let go, and those who remain are doing multiple jobs. The Kinetic leadership puts itself before all else. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
