Cons

inside sales at its worst, the positive reviews are fake, you can find a better job elsewhere. The VC firm that bought pulled the plug and fired half the sales floor.

I truly question whether this is a former employee. Unitrends has above all else been consistent in hiring educated and articulate people. Neither of which quality is represented in this post

The managers I worked under were excellent and really let me work hands on on many projects. Great work atmosphere and it was obvious my managers wanted me to succeed and get a lot out of this internship. Overall awesome experience.

Cons

There were not many other interns in my specific department, although as a result I felt like I was treated as a full time employee and not just an intern.

Pros

I can only speak for the culture of the Columbia office, which is always buzzing with energy. Unitrends provides a good balance of hard work, opportunity to impact or influence the business, and opportunities for growth. Leadership tries as best as they can show that your efforts are appreciated. The best growth, in the Columbia market, comes in the technology related lines of business. Overall, I'd say that Unitrends is an awesome company.

Cons

The people in Columbia could benefit from being able to see and touch executive leadership more. Also, 401K matching must be added to the benefits program soon.
