Middle management just adds meetings for the sake of having meetings. Communication breakdowns between overall objectives and individual compensation goals. overlay role at its finest.

Working with the homeless community is very rewarding

Cons

Mentally draining and if you don't work in the right shelter you will be part of the team that you have to show the boss constant attention and tell her what she wants to hear.you will not get anywhere or hours. It is based on how she feels that day. If you think working hard is what is important, you would be wrong. Making buddy's with the manager is how you get moved up and extra hours.

Pros

Unity has a suite of really interesting products. The IC's and middle management are some of the most talented and kind people you will ever meet. Great benefit package.

Cons

Leadership is unstable and unfocused. Products were being purchased and shut down all the time. Every quarter you have to worry if you are going to be the next one cut.
