Above average salary. Cool modern tech. Good amenities in the office: snacks, meals, etc.

Cons

Though above average salary, it's far from what you can realistically attain given your skillset. Upward mobility is highly stunted by budgets. Way too much middle management.

- Truly amazing people and colleagues - Really high level of knowledge within engineers in the company - Many teams are spectacular to work with/in (but is team dependent) - Wonderful, technical work - Fulfilling to contribute to software that helps people create their dream creations

Cons

- Leadership removing benefits - Regular firings - Dystopian leadership based in the US (no problem riffing people, slashing benefits, don't seem to see employees as people, seem to target removing offices or firing people in countries with strong labor laws)
