Great culture, strong and supportive leaders that listen to you. Endless learning and development opportunities.

Cons

You need to be comfortable to deal with ambiguity and constant change. I wouldn't say it is a downside but this might not be ideal for everyone.

Pros

Great culture. Diversity at the top. Inclusive workplace. Brilliant CEO. Amazing product with a massively loyal user base. High growth with plenty still to come. Clear market leader in gaming and with tons of opportunities in other industries. One of the few pre-IPO companies that is almost guaranteed to succeed long-term.

Cons

High growth means demanding schedule. Can be hard to juggle work and family at times but many of the leaders and managers have kids so there is a great deal of flexibility.

Open culture, where your opinion, your dreams, your preferences and your work really matter and have airtime The leadership and every employee lives the values and collectively want to do the right thing Everyone here has a moral compass

Cons

We are getting a little corporate these days, adding tools and processes to control what we do, making it tougher to get things done Processes don't work well across multiple departments
