Pros

+ All the above and beyond perks (catered food, toll reimbursement, fitness stipend), even in locations like Seattle where no one else offers them + More holidays than anyone else + Amazing amount of freedom and autonomy - more than most startups + No weird peer pressure to work long hours like other tech companies + Very R+D focused, get to work on cool new things everyday + Get to be fairly involved in the gaming industry + Really feels like a family environment + Lots of travel

Cons

- Travel (if you don't like it) - usually important because of the global nature of the company - Communication is sometimes difficult for the same reason as above

Pros

You will find a friendly atmosphere, they provide lot of employee benefits like transport & fitness. They allow you to take up your own responsibility & work accordingly. The best part is there is no micro-management by your seniors, so you can peacefully do your work.

Cons

There is no growth plan as of now. Hence, the professional ladder is like a straight line graph.

Pros

- great company culture - co-workers are really nice - employees are empowered

Cons

- company is getting too big and some decisions feel a bit "corporate" - no bonus scheme - not much knowledge sharing within the company

Thank you for your feedback. As you've witnessed we are growing quickly but always with the goal of implementing "just enough" structure to manage the growth but not get too corporate. Additionally we strive to have a very open communication in which everyone from the CEO down shares projects, wins/losses and future plans.
