      Pros

      Great salary, free food, *very* flexible work schedule, possibility of working from home a part of the week, great challenges, highly competent co-workers, emphasis on code quality.

      Cons

      Distance from home, which is going to increase with the upcoming move. (Mitigated by working from home a part of the week.)

      - Compensation & Benefits are excellent (by far the best in the industry in MTL) - Work from home - Management is accessible - No Office politics - Amazing work life balance - A mature and respectful work environment ...

      Lots of offices spread oversee and different timezone makes it sometimes harder to collaborate with your colleague.

      Pros

      There are many challenges to tackle, which is great in case that we want some change. We can work from home once a week (on average). There are many opportunities to meet and talk to very technically knowledgeable people around the globe. The environment is relax and friendly and my manager makes sure that I enjoy what I'm doing.

      Cons

      It's hard to keep track of all what's going on internally because there are so many teams and projects.
