Clear communication with recruiter. Super friendly team that feels like a real conversation. Team members gave clear feedback and it was apparent they were genuinely interested in learning about my approach to teamwork, professionalism, etc.

Cons

Online interviews were scheduled over five separate days - would have preferred that they were consolidated to 1-2 days.
