Avoid the Tel-Aviv-based team, they tried to block my immigration process because the manager said "I'm not sure if we will continue keeping you for the next two years" even though I perform well in the evaluation. And the base is not competitive.

Has generally good culture but the team culture really depends on the manager. I’ve experienced both good and bad managers.

Cons

Too many recent leadership changes and hence directional changes. Hard to stay adaptive to many changes.

- Office was nice - Engineers were awesome to work with - Opportunity to work on innovative tech depending on the team

Cons

- No clear track to profitability - Some teams chase trends which makes them prone to layoffs - Low stock price severely affected my total compensation

- CEO is making changes and undo the mistakes past leadership made - Mostly remote, good work-life balance

Cons

- Company is going through a reset. Lots of layoffs and cost cutting including benefits - Teams working in silo. No communication chains whatsoever for relevant stakeholders
