Radiology department great to work for-really work on life/work balance

Cons

Unity Point needs to work on benefits- really could use a pension plan, better health insurance, bonuses, better pay (due to inflation), etc

I felt so supported in my career goals when I shared my ambition for upward movement. I was given all available opportunities for growth to improve my skills and was able to move up to a better paying role than where I started.

Cons

They require covid-19 vaccination for employment.
