Easy to transfer internally to other departments

Awesome coworkers and team atmosphere

Larger organization means there is security with benefits and stability. Good equipment supply. Coworkers were a good mix of awesome and okay. Interpersonal conflicts were minimal and very short lived. There was a sense of team comradery and coworkers took care of each other.

Patients get great care at UnityPoint! Even though there’s issues with management and retention, the care of the patients does lack.

There are some dedicated passionate staff and pay has improved

. Coworkers are there for the right reasons . Most charge nurses are great .benefits are awesome
