Coworkers Good hours Benefits available-insurance-401k- PTO Pay was ok. Raises depend on meeting specific measures and being excellent in all areas.

Cons

Communication left a lot to be desired. Information at times was not passed along to everyone. Changing managers so frequently left employees on their own. Not everyone is a team player

Pros

Most co-workers are knowledgable and helpful. It's easy to keep busy and learn something new daily. Management team is supportive of efforts to learn new areas in the department.

Cons

Pay is not very good, hard to earn enough to support myself without getting some overtime or having a second job. A few co-workers are not team players.

Pros

Healthcare is a noble cause, and the senior leadership here embrace that and recognize the value of everyone who contributes to this cause.

Cons

Very low salary, not even competitive for entry level positions. Big disparity between front line and middle management staff and senior leadership and other execs. Also, slow moving at decision time so we're always playing catch-up with the competition.
