      Cons

      There is Extreme racial discrimination going on this company. The only way to get ahead is to be popular enough to step over others to get what you. Very unpleasant and unprofessional conduct going within the company. People of color are not valued at all unless the bow down to the racist culture of the staff and higher ups. I do not recommend unless you enjoy degradation and slavery

      None Overworked Underrepresented Underpaid Not valued Poor skilled manager Manager does not have the officers back Manager spends to much time investigating stupid things while not dealing with real issues. HR does not actually take action against bad employees. Security director is out of touch with his team. Security Leadership is terrible. People are leaving a a high rate because management within Security department is incompetent.
