      Good pay. Nice coworkers. Benefits for full time employees. Shift differential pay. Able to learn various positions as a tech if you last long enough

      Cons

      No set schedule. Always short staffed. High turn around. Management and HR are the worst ever!

      Pros

      Great opportunities for advancement. Education encouraged. Nurses have a voice, are listened to and action taken. Great benefits. Love my manager! Fair nurse/patient ratio.

      Cons

      Mandatory sign up. Staffing office needs to become more educated on advanced staffing models. Salary not very competitive.
