Pros

I felt as if I had a decent work load, enough to keep my busy through out the day with some down time. Pay was great. Offered benefits but I did not use them. Some co-workers were amazing.

Cons

Some of the management favored others. Was not a big fan of that as I was there to work, not make friends. Some of the management were not nice to workers below them. Worst experience I had with management in all the jobs I have worked.

Pros

It would be an easy job under normal conditions. Most of my co workers were mostly nice.

Cons

Tried to make me a debt collector when i really was just a receptionist. No communication. Boss has her solely her own interests at heart. She literally told me she didn't care about her employees but about how things make the clinic look. This is one of those moments where I had left because of my manager and lack of growth potential and not as much because of the actual company. She had a few favorite people that got away with things as bad as coming to work drunk but if you were not her favorite and forgot to mention something to a patient you got called out and embarrassed without any warning in front of three clinics during the morning meetings. Pay was awful they told me I had no experience when I had over 6 years of experience dealing with the public in management. So much less stressed now that I'm done. Also after we had a long discussion multiple times about how I and many others didn't feel valued she blew me off. Then I had to leave on short term disability which wasn't paid and I asked for guidance about it multiple times and didn't get a straight answer I got screwed out of my PTO and sick time. No honesty. Unless you are desperate I'd go work shoveling dog dodo instead.
