Pros

Good salary and benefits. Most of my coworkers enjoyed their jobs and truly wanted to be there to make a difference.

Cons

Work culture was poor. Understaffed and overworked, frequent turnover of staff and management. The company made poor reactive choices to employee mandates with the pandemic and also heavily leans on the liberal side of political views for providing patient care. Such bias is highly inappropriate for a health care organization.

Pros

Lots of overtime options, incentive programs with bonuses, very kind and nice people! Great atmosphere

Cons

Short staffed, low pay, focus more on retention of nurses instead of new nurses

Pros

Consistent overtime Ability to float to other floors when not in float pool.

Cons

Management “weeds” out the nurses that aren’t like the rest. If you can’t be blonde, female, and socially perfect…don’t apply.
